In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except milk.

While stirring, slowly add milk, being sure to remove all lumps from the batter. The batter will be thin.

Pour batter onto hot, greased griddle to make pancakes of the size you desire.

Turn pancakes over when lightly browned.

When other side is lightly browned, remove from griddle and serve.
