  1. 1 glassbesan
  2. 3/4 glasssugar
  3. 3/4 glass or as requiredghee
  4. As needed Chopped nuts of your choice
  5. 2 tspcardamon powder

  1. 1

    In kadhai add ghee &fry besan, continuously stirring till light brown.

  2. 2

    Simultaneously make sugar syrup of 2 string.

  3. 3

    Mix syrup in besan, stir, add card &nuts & transfer in greased plate.sprinkle nuts on top & cut in required shapes.
