Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsrump steak
  2. 1 tspMarmite
  3. 1 tspBalsamic vinegar
  4. 1wheel feta cheese
  5. 5cherry tomatoes
  6. 2garlic cloves
  7. 2rosemary sticks
  8. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  9. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200C

    Put tomatoes, garlic and rosemary on baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil and brown sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Roast for 15-20 minutes.

    Spread a little Marmite on the steak, season with pepper, and sprinkle with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

    Fry over high heat in a pan for 7-10 minutes.

    Put wheel of feta (just before the steak is done) on a baking tray and oven roast till just before it melts.

    Place steak on plate with tomatoes and cheese on top of it.

    Serve with potato wedges and salad.
