Ek bowl mein sabhi ko achhe se mix kar ke soft dough ready karein.

Dough ko 1/2 hour ke lie fridge mein set hone ke lie rakh de.

Atte ki loi bnakr khus khus mein dip kar ke bele or small pieces mein cut karein.

Karahi mein oil garam karein or sim gas p inhe fry karein.

Gur makka khajoori is ready to serve.

My innovation is......... Isme maine maize flour lia hai.Ghee ki jagah fresh malai use ki hai. Kurkure pan ke lie khus khus li hai.
