Take 1 cup chana dal and 2 teaspoon tuvar dal

Wash them and soak in water for 1 hour

Take 3 teaspoon oil in a pan and than add ginger garlic paste saute it

Take 2 to 3 tomato grinde it and than mix with the paste

Than add salt garam maslaa and red chilli powder and mix it well for taste

And than soak dal mix in and than add in cooker

And than should be in a steam for 15 min

Take 1 teaspoon oil in a small cup and than add jeera hing and red chilli powder for tadka and than this tadka mix with dal in a cooker.

And for look add coriander leaves on it
