Fried Pork Ugali and cabbage and Kachumbari

Steps

Cut the pork into pieces. Chop the onion and tomato finely. Grate the carrot and slice the cabbages

Chop the green chili. In a bowl mix the tomatoes and onion and green chili. Toss and let it set

Boil the pork and fry in its on fat. Add salt to taste

Steam the cabbage and grated carrot together and add a bit of salt.

Boil a cup of water. When boiling slowly add the maize flour and mix it becomes solid.

Serve when ready to eat
