Ingredients

4to 5 person
  1. 1 katori Chana dal
  2. 2 tea spoonTuvar dal
  3. 2 tea spoonGinger garlic paste
  4. 2-3Tomato
  5. to tasteSalt red chilli powder
  6. 2 tea spoonGaram marsala
  7. 1 tea spoonJeera
  8. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 cup chana dal and 2 teaspoon tuvar dal

  2. 2

    Wash them and soak in water for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Take 3 teaspoon oil in a pan and than add ginger garlic paste saute it

  4. 4

    Take 2 to 3 tomato grinde it and than mix with the paste

  5. 5

    Than add salt garam maslaa and red chilli powder and mix it well for taste

  6. 6

    And than soak dal mix in and than add in cooker

  7. 7

    And than should be in a steam for 15 min

  8. 8

    Take 1 teaspoon oil in a small cup and than add jeera hing and red chilli powder for tadka and than this tadka mix with dal in a cooker.

  9. 9

    And for look add coriander leaves on it
