Steps

Heat a pan add ghee 2tbsp

Now add cardamon and wheat flour roasted it on low flame for 5 min.

When flour turn golden turn off gas

Heat other pan add jaggery and water melt it

When jaggery melted continue stir for 10 min on low flame

Pour a drop of this mixture in 1/2cup cold water

When this drop goes crunchy add roasted wheat flour mix it

Add black kishmish,and poppy seeds mix well

Turn off gas

Make chilli from this mixture

And cool it for 2 min

Ready to eat.
