Ingredients

  • 1raw papaya
  • 1 tbsppanch phoran
  • as neededmustard oil
  • as per tastesalt
  • as per tastered chilli
  • 2-3whole red chilli
  • .2 or 3bay leaves.
  • as neededgreen chopped Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut papaya in STRIPS

  2. 2

    Now take a pan...add mustard oil...panch phoran...bay leaves...whole red chilli

  3. 3

    Add papaya...all spice..like salt and red chilli...stir and cook ti papaya COOKED

  4. 4

    At last put green chopped coriander

  5. 5

    If you want..in the end you cn add amchur...also

  6. 6

    Omita khat ready to serve
