Amruthaphala is preparing by cow's milk and sugar. Here me prepared it by pure cow's milk and Jaggery. It's so tasty and takes long time.
Steps

Take a coconut and grate it. now take 4 cups of grated coconut in a blender or grinder. add 1/2 ltr water and process it.

Grind the coconut mixture roughly, it shouldn't be smooth paste

Remove the mixture and strain it on a fresh cotton cloth to extract the milk.

Squeeze and extract one ltr of fresh coconut milk.

Place a thick bottomed pan on a stove. add this fresh coconut milk and stir it in low flame for 2 minutes.

Now add cow's milk 1 ltr and stir continuously by using a flat spatula in low flame.

Continue to stir constantly on a low flame. do not use high flame.

When the mixture turns little thick add a pinch of salt and 1/2 kg jaggery, then continue the stirring till it becomes thick.

Now add few saffron pods and cashew-badam powder, mix well.

Add in cardamom powder and nutmeg powder, stir continuously.

In the meantime grease a plate with a teaspoon full of ghee and keep aside.

Now the mixture starts separating out of the sides of the pan, turn off the flame.

Now immediately pour out the mixture to this ghee greased plate and spread it.

Now garnish with dry fruits of your choice if you need. leave it to cool for minimum half an hour. then cut this amrutha phala in your desired shape.
