1 cupwater
1/2 cupmashed jaggery
1 cupwheat flour
3/4 tspeno
1/2 tspgrinded green sonf
2-3Chopped almonds
As neededghee

Steps

Pan le usme water dale,water garam karein and jaggery add karein.mix till jaggery melt.

Ab ise Chhan le.or thoda cool kar le.

Isme thoda thoda wheat flour add karein.mix karein.taki guthli Na bne.

Fir sonf mix karein.

Ab eno powder add karein.lightly mix karein.

Tawe par ghee lgaye.or 1 karchi batter tawe par dale.

Upper se thoda sa ghee lgaye.turn it.

Cook it till golden brown from both sides.

Serve hot with grated almonds.
