1 tbspSaunf
100 gmsTil
as neededOil or ghee for fry

Take Jaggery in a bowl.

Take Riceflour

Heat a pan add jaggery.

When the jaggery is hardly cooked add saunf

Than add rice flour slowly.

Makes this type of dough.

Spread the til and makes pitha on it.and dip fry
8

Arisa pitha is ready. Preserved it one month.
