Steps

Marinate the chicken with onion and ginger garlic paste...add salt and 2 tsp refined oil in it..add chopped green chilies...and keep it for at least 1 hours..

Heat ghee in a pan.add bay leaves whole dry red chilli and whole black pepper corn..

Add marinated chicken in it.stir it.

Cook it for 8 to 9 minutes till the raw flavour is gone.

Beat the yogurt with 1/2 cup water or less than half cup water with sugar and salt. add it in the chicken.

Add onion rings and cashew nut and poppy seeds paste with little water.

Cover the the chicken with a lid.

Cook it in low flame till the oil separates from chicken..

Serve hot with boiled rice or nan.
