1big brick of velveeta cheese
1small block of jalapeno cheese
1 lbsloose hot sausage
3-4 canscream mushroom soup
1 bagtortilla chips

keep on low about 1 hour

Cook sausage, drain fat

Meanwhile place cheeses in crock pot, melt down

Stir in the sausage

Add 3 to 4 cans of the soup (depends on what consistency you want it)

Spoon out of crockpot into individual bowls

Scoop out of bowl enjoy with chips
