Cooking Instructions

Boil milk in heavy bottom pan

Wash and soak rice for at least 15 minutes

Add this rice in boiling milk and till the rice is nicely combined with it

Mix saffron with little milk and add in kheer
- 5
When it is about to cook add sugar and dry fruits and cook for more minutes
- 6
Off the gas and close the lid and leave it for 10 minutes
