Steps

Washed and boil beetroot in a pressure cooker till soft.peel the skin and grated it. Keep it aside. Also grate apple and keep it aside. Grate jaggery and peel coconut and grate it.

Now take ghee in the pan, add watermelon seeds then add beetroot along with grated apple. Mix it well and cook till the moisture dries up.

Now add jaggery and mix well till the mixture is dry.

Now add milk and coconut.Then keep stirring well now add khoya and cardamom powder and mix well.

Keep stirring till it becomes ready. Garnished with chopped almonds and cashunuts.
