First make a smooth dough and keep aside.

Finely chopped the dry fruits.

Make a roti the dough with rolling pin.fill the jaggery powder and dry fruits mixture gently fold the roti and again make a roti with rolling pin.

Heat a tava.put the roti and shallow fry from both sides.

Take a serving plate and put the jaggery parantha.garnishing with jaggery powder and dry fruits.enjoyyyyy
