2Shallots
2 cloveGarlic
1Chilli
2 canChopped tomato
1 stickLemon Grass
2Kaffir Lime Leaves
3 tbspNam Pla Fish Sauce
1 tbspcornflour mixed with a little water
1Vietnamese River Cobbler

Steps

Add chopped onion to sauce pan and sweat until soft
2

Add chopped chilli and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add chopped tomatoes
4

Add lemongrass and lime leaves
5

Add fish sauce
6

Add cornflour and water mixture to thicken
7

Cook fish of choice
8

Serve fish on a plate and spoon over tomato sauce
