clean the fish and cut into 3 pieces. sprinkle fish with lemon and salt. set aside for 15 minutes. then prepare the seasoning

blend the garlic, turmeric, coriander, white pepper and salt. then cover up the fish with blended spices evenly. set aside for 10-15 minutes.

fry the fish until golden and dry. drain then ready to serve.
