Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped lauki
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tsppeanut powder
  • 2-3 tbspchopped coriander
  • 4-6curry leaves
  • 1 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker

  2. 2

    Add a the ingredients and whistles up to 4-5

  3. 3

    Off the flame...cool it and grind it.

  4. 4

    Then strain it

  5. 5

    For tadka:- add 1tsp ghee add 1/2tsp jeera powder and 1/2tsp pepper powder.then add to the soup..

  6. 6

    Boil the soup for 4-5 mins.

  7. 7

    Then serve hot...
