It's one of the prefect summer bbq side dishes and its way better than store bought. Once you try it you will never want pre made store potato salad again. I love using baby potatos because I don't need to peel them. Their skin is thin and delicate tasting.

Ingredients

3 lbsbaby gold potatoes

1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongarlic powder
2 teaspoonpaprika

Steps

1

Boil whole potatoes with skin on till fork tender. Drain and cool and then dice and place in a big bowl. Mix the first 6 indredients with potatos then mix in the remaining ingredients and mix well and refrigerate over night. Stir up and serve.!
