It's looked like a thin hanky shaped rice cake stuffed with coconut & Jaggery.
Steps

Soked rice for 2 hrs & grind it, make a fine paste,add salt & water into that,

The batter should be watery,

For stuffing: heat a pan and fry grated coconut tgen add jaggery

Together in a low flame till it becomes brown in colour, now add cardmom powder hai your stuffing is ready,

Put a tawa on gas stove,grease oil/ ghee on tawa then put gas on medium flame...

Now the tricky part,dip your fingers in the watery batter and sprinkle the batter on tawa,make criss cross like(+)symbol

Nowput some coconut jaggery stuffing on the middle of the cross & make it four folds as a hanky.

And cover the stuffings now your pitha is ready, serve it hot.
