Wash and soak rice for three days.

After 12 hours change the water.

Rinse the soaked rice and allow to dry in a kitchen towel for 2 - 3 hours.

Grind to a coarse powder

Melt the jaggery and add in the rice powder and also add 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.

To make dough,keep rest for 30 mins,

Divide the dough in lemon size balls

Deep fry in medium flame until crispy and brown.
