Steps

Dice chicken and fry with a little oil until browned. Remove from pan.

Stir fry onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Return chicken and soy sauce to pan. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked.

Add sugar, stir fry until caramelised then stir in fish sauce and lime juice.

Serve with rice and steamed vegies
