Pan le grated jaggery dale,keep on slow flame.add ghee.mix it till jaggery melts.add white til and 2-3 spoon water.and mix properly.off the flame.

Take a silicone mold and pour the mixture.filling should be half portion of heart.tap it.rest for 4-5 min.till we melt the chocolate.

Take double boiler. Add chocolate and melt it.

When chocolate melts,add the mixture rest portion of heart.tap it.and rest for20-30 min.or till it become hard.

Remove from molds.jaggery chocolate hearts are ready.
