  • 4catfish medium sized
  • 3 tablespoondried(pepper)
  • 3knorr cube
  • 1 teaspoonuziza seed(grounded)
  • Handfulsliced scent leaf

20minutes
  1. 1

    Wash fish with warm water very well and cut to sizes,rewash again very well and put inside a clean pot.

  2. 2

    Place on heat and add little water,knorr cube,pepper and allow to boil for 5min

  3. 3

    Add the uziza after 1min then scent leaf stir a little after 1 more min fish pepper soup is ready.
