Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cupleftover rice see my recipe Jalapeño Beans
  • 1/3 poundhot bulk sausage
  • 1/4 cupyour favorite barbecue sauce I used my batch 88
  • As neededsliced bread optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet and add the rice. Get it crispy and caramelized.

  2. 2

    Fry the sausage and break up into pieces.

    Cook 7-8 minutes.
