Ingredients

  • 2 sliceBacon
  • 1/4 cupFlour
  • 2 lbBeef Cubes
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspSeasoned Salt
  • 1/4 tspMarjoram
  • 1/4 tspThyme
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • 1 cloveGarlic Minced
  • 1Beef Bouillon Crushed
  • 1 cupBurgundy Cooking Wine
  • 1/4 cupMushrooms Sliced
  • 2 tspCorn Starch
  • 2 tbspCold Water

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a large Skillet or Slow Cooker cook Bacon several minutes, then set aside

  2. 2

    Coat Beef Cubes in Flour and brown in bacon mixture

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients except Mushrooms & Corn Starch in a Slow Cooker

  4. 4

    Cook on Low for 6-8 hrs or until meat is tender

  5. 5

    Turn Slow Cooker to High and add Mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes

  6. 6

    To thicken disolve the Corn Starch in Cold Water and add to sauce
