Mix all spices for meat well

Add spice mix to meat a little at a time until ask spices are mixed into the meat well

Move meat to a steel mixing bowl and knead well, roughly 20 to 30 times, make sure its thrown face down

Once meat is pressed thoroughly into spices pat it into a loaf shapes on a cookie sheet/broiler pan

Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes and turn may over half way through

Let meat cool and cut into strips after it is out if the oven

Once cooked you can fry it from there to make it more crispy if desired

Meanwhile for the sauce open up the can of milk and put it into a steel or glass bowl, do not use plastic because it won't mix properly

Add in sugar and garlic powder and stir well

Mix in vinegar 1 tsp at a time to ensure it mixes well

Finished! Cover and refrigerate sauce until ready to eat. Add to pizzas or pita bread with onion, red peppers, and cheese
