Canelés with Chorizo and Swiss Cheese (Irresistible!)

Cut the chorizo into very small pieces.

Melt the butter with the milk in a saucepan.

In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg yolks, and flour.

Add the milk and butter mixture, then stir in the chorizo and Swiss cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fill silicone canelé molds with the mixture.
- 7
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 22 minutes for mini canelés or 35 minutes for large canelés.
