Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kggoat ribs.. I repeat goat ribs
  2. Onions- Diced
  3. Garlic- Diced
  4. Ginger
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 2 tsptomato paste
  7. Green  bell pepper-sliced
  8. Spices- (Cayenne, Red chili powder, Green chilies)- depends on how spicy you want it
  9. Vegetable oil
  10. Cornstarch
  11. Salt
  12. tspSoy sauce-2

Steps

  1. 1

    You can choose not to cut your ribs into half. I forgot to warn my butcher. Boil your ribs with ginger and garlic for about 10 minutes or till soft.

    In a different cooking pot, saute your onions and garlic in hot vegetable oil till translucent.

  3. 3

    Add in your ginger, salt, and other spices(You can use a single spice or a mix of the spicy blend)

  4. 4

    Add in your tomatoes and tomato paste. Let it cook for a few minutes.

  5. 5

    Add in your goat ribs and stir. Add a little cornstarch and the sliced green bell peppers.

  6. 6

    Let it cook for a while since we had boiled it. Add in the soy sauce.

  7. 7

    Stir to mix everything well. Garnish with coriander or parsley.

  8. 8

    Serve with your stir-fried traditional vegetables.
