How are you on the 1250th day of January? With about 700 days left, this spicy goat ribs recipe will make the month seem shorter. All the ingredients you need are in your kitchen. Your butcher has the ribs!

You can choose not to cut your ribs into half. I forgot to warn my butcher. Boil your ribs with ginger and garlic for about 10 minutes or till soft.

In a different cooking pot, saute your onions and garlic in hot vegetable oil till translucent.

Add in your ginger, salt, and other spices(You can use a single spice or a mix of the spicy blend)

Add in your tomatoes and tomato paste. Let it cook for a few minutes.

Add in your goat ribs and stir. Add a little cornstarch and the sliced green bell peppers.

Let it cook for a while since we had boiled it. Add in the soy sauce.

Stir to mix everything well. Garnish with coriander or parsley.

Serve with your stir-fried traditional vegetables.
