1 pieceginger minsed
1green chilli chopped
1/2 tbspmustard seed
1/2 tbspheeng
to tasteSalt
1/2 tbspred chilli
1/2 tbspturmeric

Wash Poha keep aside.add oil in pan and add mustard seeds and heeng till crackle.

Add peas fry it add ginger and green chilli with spices.

Add Poha mix well ready to eat Poha.....
