Take besan in a bowl.Add turmeric,salt and two tsp sugar.Add suji and enough water to make a smooth pakora type batter.

Break all lumps and keep aside 10mins

Now add citric acid half tsp and mix well.

Keep your cooker on gas ready to heat so that we can quickly transfer Dhokla tin in it.

Grease your tin.Take the batter and whisk with hand.Add Eno and whisk further nicely.Pour it immediately to tin and put it in cooker stand and cover the cooker lid.

Keep this on hi flame for 15mins.

Open lid after 15mins and chk if ready or not by inserting a knife.Keep further if not done.

Turn off gas.Take out and keep.

Now for tempering take some oil in tadkapan.Add mustard seed, currypatta,Hing.Add chillies and let it splutter.Add rest of the sugar in this and pour 4tbp water.Boil and turn off the gas.

Cut the Dhokla in square pcs.Now pour the above tempering on Dhokla evenly.

Decorate further with fresh coriander and eat.
