Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana soaked
  2. 2potatoes chopped
  3. 2 TSPcoriander powder
  4. 2 TSPchilli powder
  5. 2chillies
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as needed Coriander leaves chopped
  8. as neededCurry leaves
  9. 1 TSPJeera
  10. 1 TSPsugar
  11. 2-3 dropslemon
  12. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker, heat the oil add the jeera, let it crack.

  2. 2

    Add chillies and curry leaves, let them crack.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and all other ingredients except sabudana, and give a good mix.

  4. 4

    Add 2 tbsp water, close the cooker,put the heat on and wait till 2 whistles.

  5. 5

    Put heat off.

  6. 6

    After 5 minutes, add sabudana, cover it and keep the heat on a and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Stir well.

  7. 7

    Khichdi is done ready to serve.

    Enjoy.
