Soak poha prehand

In a pan heat oil crackle mustard seeds add green chillies add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder

Add chopped potato onion saute a little

Add roasted peanuts

Add poha and mix it nicely

Add sugar and lemon juice

Garnish with coriander leaves

Enjoy with tea made up of water milk ginger sugar and tea leaves.
