Ingredients

  1. the batter
  2. 6eggs
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 pinchof salt
  5. 2 envelopeof baking pouder
  6. 1 1/2 cupof flour
  7. 1zest of 1lemon
  8. 2 cupof sugar
  9. 1 1/2 cupwater
  10. 1/4 cupof lemon juice (the one i zested befor)

Cooking Instructions

    in a boll beat the eggs,sugar and salt until doubl in volum.

    when it doubls in volum add the baking pouder,zest of lemon and 1to 11/2 cups of flour(it should fall off the spoon but not run off of it)

    por it into a butterd tin and bake in a preheated oven(350c°) for 10-15 min maximum or until a tooth pic comes out clean.

    when it's donne let it cool in the oven.

    to make the sirup put sugar,water and lemon juice in a caserol and boil it for15-20 min.

    por the sirup on the cacke(hot cacke withe cold sirup)or(cold cacke with hot sirup).

    if you want you can decorate it with melted chocolat and chopped nuts.
