Ingredients

  • 1 CupYellow Lentil
  • 3 CupsWater
  • 1tsb of Salt
  • 1/2index finger length of ginger (sliced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse yellow lentils 3x

  2. 2

    Put lentils, salt, ginger and water into pot and bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Bring fire down to low and let simmer for 1 hour
