  • Ingredients
  • 3 mediumyellow tomatoes
  • 1or 2 jalapenos, ....i used 1 red & 1 green
  • 1 smallyellow onion
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspcilantro, sniped
  • 1 dashsea salt, optional

    Gather your ingredients

    Chop onion, tomatoes, peppers in to coarse bits for pico de gallo

    Add lemon juice and cilanto

    For a sauce, or finer salsa, process in food processor for 15 seconds.

  5. 5

    Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours or over night to let flavors blend.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy.

  7. 7

    May be stored in covered container in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days
