Combine flour, shortening and salt beat at low speed with electric mixer until mixture looks like small-peas.

Add water and mix until a dough is formed about 15 seconds

cut dough in 1/2 and roll out for pie crust

if cooked crust is needed bake in oven on cookie sheet for10-12 minutes till browned
