Cut into smaller pieces of the ring pineapple then mix all ingredient till smooth

pour equal amount into 2 ramekin or any baking cup or bowl

bake at 175 C for 30 minute or slightly longer till its top are lighly brown and crisp

cover with foil if it burn too quickly

Let it cool then serve, top with some icing sugar
