  • 1/2 cupclarified butter
  • 2 tbspchopped garlic
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 2 ozvegetable oil

    fill large pot with water and bring to a boil

    blanch green beans- do NOT overcook

  3. 3

    shock green beans in ice water
