2/3 cupcoconut aminos
1/3 cuphot water
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
1 tspsea salt
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
2 tspred pepper flakes
2 tspherbsaint

Slice meat against the grain 1/8 inch

Season meat on both side, put in ziplock bag for 1 night

Place in dehydrator till done
