Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 lbLondon broil, flank steak or round top
  2. 2/3 cupcoconut aminos
  3. 1/3 cuphot water
  4. 1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
  5. 1 tspsea salt
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tsponion powder
  8. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  9. 2 tspred pepper flakes
  10. 2 tspherbsaint

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice meat against the grain 1/8 inch

  2. 2

    Season meat on both side, put in ziplock bag for 1 night

  3. 3

    Place in dehydrator till done
