Ingredients

  • 16 ozcream cheese softened
  • 2 tbspgreen onions including tops chopped
  • 1/2 cupgreen pepper chopped
  • 2 tspseasoned salt
  • 2 cupchopped pecans
  • 8 ozcrushed pineapple drained

Steps

  1. 1

    mix cheese and pineapple with mixer

  2. 2

    stir in onion, green pepper, salt and one half cup pecans.

  3. 3

    roll into ball

  4. 4

    roll or top with pecans

  5. 5

    serve with bacon flavored crackers
