Ingredients

  • 5 cupsliced and cooked carrots
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • 10 3/4 ozcondensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupvinegar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspdry mustard
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 tspworcestershire

Steps

  1. 1

    mix first 3 ingredients. Blend into sauce

  2. 2

    pour sauce over vegetables

  3. 3

    covet and refrigerate overnight

  4. 4

    will keep up to 2 weeks

  5. 5

    usually make 2 batches for holiday
