2sweet potstoes
3/4 cupsugar
1/3 cupwater
1nutmeg
1butter

oven to 350

boil sweet potatoes in jackets until tender.

drain and let cool. remove skins
4

slice potatoes in one half inch slices and place in baking dish.

in saucepan, let sugar and water bubble for a few minutes and then pour over potatoes.

dot with butter and bake potatoes until look well candied
7

remove from oven and sprinkle with little nutmeg
