Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 tbspfat free feta cheese
  2. 1/2 tbspmct oil
  3. 1 tsplemon juice
  4. 3 mediumpersian cucumbers
  5. 1 largegreen onion
  6. 1 dashgarlic powder
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 pinchpepper
  9. 1 dashdill

Steps

  1. 1

    mince green onion

  2. 2

    roughly chop cucumbers

  3. 3

    combine veggies in a bowl

  4. 4

    then add your favorite oil. I use mct oil but Any oil is fine

  5. 5

    add salt, pepper, dill, and garlic powder to taste

  6. 6

    mix it all up. then add the feta.

  7. 7

    mix again and then add a squeeze of lemon over the top and enjoy!
