Ingredients

  • 3 tbspfat free feta cheese
  • 1/2 tbspmct oil
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 3 mediumpersian cucumbers
  • 1 largegreen onion
  • 1 dashgarlic powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 1 dashdill

Steps

  1. 1

    mince green onion

  2. 2

    roughly chop cucumbers

  3. 3

    combine veggies in a bowl

  4. 4

    then add your favorite oil. I use mct oil but Any oil is fine

  5. 5

    add salt, pepper, dill, and garlic powder to taste

  6. 6

    mix it all up. then add the feta.

  7. 7

    mix again and then add a squeeze of lemon over the top and enjoy!
