  1. 1 cupuncooked long-grain rice
  2. 28 ozdiced tomatoes
  3. 6 oztomato paste
  4. 3 cupwater
  5. 2 tbspMexican seasoning
  6. 4boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  7. 1 1/2 cupchopped onions
  8. 1 cupchopped green bell pepper
  9. 4 ozdived green chillies
  10. 1 tspgarlic powder
  11. 1/4 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low 4 to 4.5 hours of until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
