cut the bread to a crouton size and toast it in the oven till they are light brown and crisp. my oven needs 450°F for 5 min

in a large pan add oil, musturd seeds and cumin seeds and wait till it splutters. Then add onion and saute it till it becomes transparent.

add turmeric saute it for a min

then add the dry spices cumin and coriander powder and saute for 1 min till the rawness is gone. make sure u keep sauting on a low flame if not the spices might get burnt.

then add the tomatoes and cook till they become soft

add the red chilli powder and saute for a min

add the tomato ketchup and fry the masala till oil starts to seperate

add the bell pepper and peas and cook for 3 min or till bell pepper becomes soft

finally add the bread pieces. if there are 3 handful of bread pieces then add oneby one and mix with masala. By doing this every piece gets a coat of masala.

add salt, lime juice and cook on a very low flame for 3 min, make sure to stir in between so that the pieces dont stick to the bottom of the pan

garnish with coriander and serve hot with any ketchup or chutney

if the prepared dish seems dry then sprinkle some water after adding salt and lime juice.
