Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupHashbrowns, boxed or fresh
  • 1 packagesbreakfast sausage links
  • 1raw egg
  • 1a little bit of shredded onion (to taste)
  • 1salt & pepper to taste
  • 1anything else you feel goes well with Hashbrowns

    either prepare in the oven or on the stove

  2. 2

    if your Hashbrowns are boxed, nuke em in the micronuker for a couple minutes.

  3. 3

    commence sausage preparation. mine were pre cooked.

  4. 4

    if there's water in your Hashbrowns (if they were boxed), drain it. crack the egg and put it in there.

  5. 5

    now take all your sausages and slice them into little round sausage slices.

  6. 6

    mix all of those together, and don't forget the salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    oh, and whatever other ingredients you choose. green peppers would be good, but I didn't have any.

  8. 8

    and don't forget to submit a picture, because I forgot to.
